I am 5′4″ and about 205 lbs. I have poly cystic ovary syndrome, so I know that it is harder for me to lose weight than it is for the average person. In the past 6 weeks, I lost about 7 lbs, i’ve lost inches in my arms, butt, and thighs but absolutely nothing in my belly. I walk on my treadmill 5-7 days a week in my target heart zone for at least 40 minutes. I eat only foods with a low glycemic index (because of the insulin resistance caused by PCOS), I can’t remember the last time I ate a potato of any variety and I avoid sugar almost completely!! What more can I possibly do about this belly fat? Lately, with the contrast of my reduced butt and thighs, I’m starting to look pregnant!

My sister has PCOS and she too is having trouble losing that weight in her belly. I think it’s just bloating from the hormones.

Some of this will be bloat from the PCOS, how is your water intake? make sure your drinking plenty and then drink more.
Stomach fat can be the most difficult (along with thighs) to remove. are you targeting your abdomen? grab an exercise ball and do your crunches while sitting on it, they will be more effective, there are a whole range of core exerciss you can do with those balls that would be very beneficial

maybe you need to do a colon cleanse to get waste matter out that can make the tummy bulge, also you may need a parasite cleanse. worms can be a factor too but if it’s just fat, hot pepper ginger anything you consume that is hot will help to burn the fat.

you just need to get some cardio going. Weightlossdiscs are excellent as they have no joint
impact but great cardio benefit. You will notice your belly shrink!! Good luck!!
here you can find a good weight loss disc http://www.weightlossdisc.com

Treadmill is good – but for tummy fat do some tummy specific exercises (like sit ups)
