Long story short, a year ago I weighed in at 207 after the birth of my son. I have been following a low glycemic lifestyle diet and have lost over 70 lbs, putting me on a good day at 137-138 lbs. I am 5′3, medium build and should be at 118-128 to reach a good BMI. Problem is the weight is not coming off as well as it once was. I know this is due to the fact that I’m getting closer to my goal, but I have been stuck bouncing between 138 and 141 for about 6 weeks. I do exercise, cardio 4-7 days a week and strength for 2 days. I have been getting a little relaxed on some food choices and maybe I’m self sabatoging my weight loss! I still eat VERY well 90% of the time. What can I do? Serious advice please!

    Start of your day with something full of protein, oatmeal and eggs are the best for weight loss. It also gives your metabolism a kick so it starts working fast right away instead of slowing down because of lack of food.
    That will hold you for a while, but DONT eat anything else unless you’re dying of hunger. If you’re starving before dinner, make a fruit smoothie. They fill you up and most fruits are negative calories. In the smoothie, only use frozen fruits and and fruit juice. That way there are no extra calories. Also, when you eat and drink cold things, you burn calories from your body trying to heat them up.
    Have a normal dinner, with protein, but just enough to tide you over. Then don’t eat anything else.
    MAKE SURE you avoid all salty and sugary foods and drink a ton of water to flush your system.
    Grapefruit is also fantastic for helping the body burn fat and it boosts metabolism.
    In order to stay away from the kitchen, and avoid food, keep yourself busy.
    Get out of the house and go shopping or something.
    Go for a bike ride, walk your dog, do something active.
    If you feel yourself wanting food, look up pilates videos on youtube and do them.
    work out, do whatever you can to keep you and your hands busy.
    Brush your teeth, you wont want food when your mouth tastes all minty,.
    Paint your nails or get a proffesional mani/pedi
    you cant eat with wet nails.
    KEEP YOURSELF BUSY.
    good luck :)
    also, dont forget that muscle weighs more than fat!! your getting toned, so it will be harder to lose weight, because you’ve already lost all the fat!

    You need Willpower & Wont power
    Wont eat Junk food
    Wont drink soda’s
    and Wont eat Ice Cream
    Will Exercise everyday
    Sound like hard work?

    You can lose weight if you tried correct way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works fast for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this weight loss way.
