I know parbrooiled rice has a lower glycemic index than regular rice, but what is parbroiling and can I do it?

    It’s boiled and not steamed. That’s the only difference.

    It´s easy er to cook and the fastest way to cook rice, but the taste is better with regular rice!

    parboiled rice is easier and faster to cook

    the differences are that parboiled is partially cooked rice while regular rice isn’t.
