i want to start eating LOW GI (glycemic index) and i just need a little advice on what would be the BEST cold breakfast cereal because i LOVE to eat cold cereal on the weekends…
plain hot oats, kashi go lean (all the fiber in it slows down the absorbtion plus it has all great grains in it) those are the two i highly recommend
