There is no breakfast cereal that supplies you with the protein you need.
    Breakfast cereal is mostly carbohydrate.
It makes a nice midnight snack though, if you are up late.

ALL BRAN. No preservatives, no additives. Just good wholesome bran. Mmmm. My 6 year old refers to it as “those sticks”.

Perhaps oatmeal (organic vs oatmeal which has sugar, etc. added to it)?

A chicken egg (although not a cereal) has good nutritional value also.

cheerios…special k and all those other cereals have way too much sugar, bad carbs(cheerios have better carbs) and more calorie and not enough fiber to keep u satisfied…

Oatmeal with raisins, flax seed, cinnamon, and chopped banana on top. The oatmeal is a great source of fiber which is essential for any healthy diet. The flax seed is a keen source of omega fatty acids and adds another boost to your fiber intake. The banana and raisins offer you a good source of sugar (the good kind fructose not sucrose) to give you a good source of complex energy that won’t burn out quickly on you like the sugars in processed foods will do… and the cinnamon helps the body metabolize sugar and also adds some nice flavor to your hearty breakfast!

    Hi Joe,
Have you seen the commercial where the little girl fills her father’s pockets full of cereal?

    Cheerios …….

    It’s a heart saver…..

Maple glazed Sugar Balls, with extra Frosting. Now available in Chocolate, too. Don’t let the name fool you. It’s quite healthy! >:-)
