I share my dinner with ya’ll tonight! I like to keep it on the simple side these days, and encourage you to do the same, especially if you’re new to raw food, or simply a really busy person wanting to keep it on the raw side. I share a very quick & easy 100% raw (vegan) dinner (lunch, breakfast, snack) that anyone can make. This salad and smoothie took me altogether about 10 minutes to make! I rarely measure anything so I don’t have the exact ratios for everything (particularly the salad) but I’m sure you guys & gals can figure out how much of everything you should put in. Seriously, you can’t really go wrong with a salad, as long as you have a variety of fruits, veggies, fats & herbs. Anyway, here’s what I put in my salad: (BTW, everything is organic!) baby spinach diced tomato diced avocado shredded carrots finely diced red onions- you can use sweet onion or green instead if you prefer chopped mango, peach & pineapple sunflower sprouts (get into eating sprouts if you don’t already- one of the most nutritious foods you could eat!!!) raisins cranberries chopped (pitted) dates- honey or medjool soaked almonds (you want to soak them to release the enzyme inhibitors, so you can digest them better & increase the nutrition) juice of half a lemon- add more depending on preference chopped onion salt, pepper, cayenne pepper & cinnamon to taste sprinkle honey over top (about a tsp- more or less) organic, cold pressed olive oil (1-2 tsp) fresh chopped cilantro, basil, parsley and

@UMEAREALLGODS Hmm well one suggestion would be to make a cacao green smoothie with avocado (to make it creamy). You could blend up something like half an avocado, couple smalls scoops of raw cacao, stevia to sweeten, iced cubes, water or coconut water, tsp hemp seed, few handfuls of baby spinach or kale, and any other superfood you want to add in like marine phytoplankton or spirulina.

Leija, I put both the green smoothie recipes together, and made one alkalizing green smoothie, I just added baby spinach, half a lemon, some mango, apple juice, and some extra virgin olive oil, its like a desert almost, it smells fantastic, and taste YUMM! All of the above are organic except the olive oil & lemon! And I made a wrap made from the recipe you have up thir foryor salad, just modified a tad =P Thanks for sharng your videos! xox Namaste , Sara

@gabigobstopper There, you go. I’m semi-vegetarian (pescetarian) so I still eat sea food and the odd bit of chicken. So when I’m at an older age I can slowly move on the the raw vegan diet :)

I think you would have the spark of life no matter what you ate because of your innate energy and brighness.
Why do I get tired when I eat raw?
For example, the last three days I felt tired all day while being 100% raw, then I had some salmon and rice today and suddenly felt great…

OMG! I am IN LOVE with peaches right now! I just bought some today. Oddly enough, I hadn’t had a fresh peach since I was a kid. That’s over 15-20 years ago!! My brother bought some the other day and they were delicious, so I had to get some more. :-) Yum!
