@liferegenerator I’d like to buy a new juicer & want a good one. the one you use looks like a good one. what kind is it & are you happy with it’s performance? I’m using a Jack LaLanne juicer at the moment & I’m not very happy with it. The pulp that comes from juicing isn’t very dry. does your juicer make pulp that’s pretty dry?

The thing is most people. myself included have been brought up to think eating processed foods is the most normal. If you add up all the sugary junk, wheat flour and fats in most processed foods haivng lived on that most of my life it must have a horrendous effect on the functioning of your body. I’ve turned to this because the last few years I’ve been feeling so tired and lethargic, headaches etc at certain points in the day and I think I know why. Diet.

If you think about it the way man has evolved over millions of years for a vast proportion of this time, like 99.99% at least of human history we did not eat processed crap. So our body has evolved to use fruits and vegetables as foods. With the diet us western folk have generally these days its like putting frickin bubble bath into your truck or something to make it run!! What I love about raw food like this is that it maximises nutrients and gives you more energy before. Cell renewal exactly.

6′2″ 165 pounds? Awesome. You look taller because of your lean frame. I’m only about a cm shorter than you (6′1.5) but I weigh 205 at the moment. I’m naturally muscular and big framed, I’d like to get down to around 190 by losing excess stomach fat. I’ve been eating raw the last few days and have already lost an inch around my waistline. I do however very much enjoy my fresh fish so I wouldn’t go vegetarian but I certainly am cutting down on animal fats. You are an inspiration dude
