    mechanical separation of proteins. same reason ground beef is not as good of a protein source as a steak

    ‘high quality protein’ shouldnt be blended, should only be shaken.

    coffee supplement? how is that healthy, and instead of adding green powder(you know what i mean) why dont you just take a multi-vitamin mineral tablet with RDA?
