    I like a great big plate of salad greens and broccoli with a generous amount of ranch dressing. Mmmmm. And then some marinated chicken to go with that. And some salmon, and some shrimp. Nothing breaded ever.

    Plenty of dessert of course. E.g. a bowl of sugar-free jello. And a huge, huge snow cone out of crushed ice made from diet soda (perhaps additionally flavored with still more zero-calorie flavorings).

    Add a little needed soluble fiber to all that with a double thick Metamucil (or store-brand equivalent) drink.

    Can’t get any less glycemic and more satisfying than that.
