Last week, I began my exercise program, how long will it take to lose 32lbs?
I am a 19 year old boy from NY. I began my exercise routine each morning last week.
Specifically, I will be exercising for 5 days a week. I currently weigh 160lbs. I am a 19 year old boy standing at 5′ 8 1/2″ tall. My goal weight is to lose 32 lbs. and I will weigh 128 lbs. MY GOAL WEIGHT and absolute minimum weight on the BMI chart. I burn at least 1,200 calories each day for 5 days per week. (about 75 minutes each time). How long until I reach my goal weight?
I eat 3 meals, under 2,000 calories each day.
Mostly low-glycemic carbohydrates, some regular carbs, fruits, vegetables, fish (no other meats), and soy milk and 60 cal. yogurt.

    Each person is different. It will take at least 3 months for your body to look better. I hope you do a well rounded program. Remember your body does need fuel…For me 32 lbs is too much for you. Good luck!
