I know that if you restrict your calories too much, your body will stop burning fat altogether and you’ll feel horrible. What if you ate 5-6 very small meals a day (say 200-250 calories per meal) and only had carbs in two of the meals? These would still be low-glycemic carbs…whole wheat, etc. A typical no-carb meal might be, say, grilled chicken breast and vegetables…like a burrito without the tortilla, just the filling. I would also try to avoid eating carbs after mid-afternoon (say 4pm).

    yes carbs are the first things you burn off. normally people dont want to eat carbs because it makes it harder to burn off the calories
