I have been on B/C for over 3 years now. I switched to a new pill about a year ago so I know it’s not because of a new pill. I just started my last week of active pills yesterday (sunday) and noticed I had brown discharge today after visiting the RR. This has never happened to me.
The only thing that’s different is that I am visiting a Nutritionist and am on a low glycemic diet, and getting B-12 and Lipo-B shots. Also on water pill, and appetite suppressant. Could this be the cause or can I be pregnant. My husband and I have unprotected sex but I almost never miss a pill.
Also, I recently changed the time I take the pill. I use to take them around 1pm, I am now taking them at 8am.
Please help!
I have not missed a period yet, and so far not heavy discharge. No other symptoms to speak of.

You’re fine, and not pregnant. Remember, when you’re on birth control your “period” isn’t an actual period. It’s just discharge from the hormones in the birth control. I would think the time chance is what’s causing an earlier period for you.

Could be your diet, or it could be you are pregnant.
FYI, since bc is not 100%, you could end up having a “real period” while on the pill, as well as the possibility of becoming pregnant.
