Today (so far) I have had:

yogurt (160 calories)
some nuts(cashews/brazilian nuts) (140 cals)
2 slices of cheese(160 calories)
low glycemic index sprouted grain bread(80 cals)
1 slice of pepperoni(35 cals)
some avocado (40 cals)
2 apples (160 cals)
some berries (35 cals)
collard greens in olive oil (200 cals)
dark chocolate (150 cals)

..I think I listed everything.

I was especially in the mood for fruit today. lol I usually don’t have 2 apples a day, but lately I have been. I eat all organic.

I am usually quite active, working out 5 days a week(running). However, I only walked about 2 miles today. I am sick with what I hope will not turn into the flu.

    You seem to like to eat alot, but at least everything you’re eating is healthy. I wouldn’t worry, you need more energy when you work out regularly anyway.
