very important topic, I appreciate how you are posting vids with you knowledge from hippocrates now, thanks
I’ve been confused though how Dr. Clement recommends a 90% carbohydrates diet for his patients… I suppose my question is how low sugar, low carb, high fat, versus low sugar, high carb,low fat differ in treating diseases.
When I eliminate sugars form my diet I stick to a low carb approach, and my sugar cravings go away and I feel great usually, mabye you’ll talk about that
