I am 5 feet 10 160 lb male, 24 years old, I am naturally very athletic with a skinny to muscular frame but I put on some weight over the past couple years. I am about 18% body fat now, I lift weights 4 times a week and do some HIIT 3 times a week. I am wondering how much body fat I can lose in 10 weeks. I am eating around 16-1900 cals a day and I only eat low glycemic carbs and fibrous vegetables and I supplement with protein powder. Thank you for your time

You seem to know what you’re talking about and could probably make a good guess yourself but i would say if you did everything absolutely correctly i.e. training/dieting, you could get down to10% body fat, dont go any lower because it would be dangerous to stay there for longer than a few days.. people only do it for body building comps.
