I been lifting weights twice a week and I been doing cardio for about 1 hour a day, 5 days a week and eating 5 small meals a day consisting mainly of protein and low glycemic carbs. My cardio is just walking on the treadmill keeping my heart rate between 120 and 130 because someone told me that was the fat burning zone. After one hour I don’t get tired but I burn around 300 calories. Can I go longer to burn more calories or is this too much.

By weight lifting….you will lose fat but gain muscle.
Also stick to a high protein diet, because it helps you build muscle faster.
Just keep doing what you are doing, and you wont lost muscle mass, you are on the right track, and you wont lose muscle.

losing fat does not diminish muscle mass.

In my opinion, what you are doing is perfectly OK. Have you made a Physical Exam to determine your fat %, Mass % and blood and sugar levels?
That’s very important if you really want to get a phisic objective. All the routines are Ok, but you have to determine if the diet is really according to you. The body is all about mathematics, So the real formula to get the body you want, is making a complete exam, and determine exactly what is the meal and portions you need, and when during the day. With this, then make a work out according to this diet. If you take whatever diet from the internet or news, maybe that’s the reason you don’t get what you want, even when you work out hard. Think that working out makes only 25% the difference, the other 75% is about meals. Remember, is all mathemathics. So doublecheck, and then you’ll start to get results. Is that simple. =)

well seems to be ok what your doing i would go see a doc for a phisical to see exactly where you are and remember to eat nutrients
like vegatables this helps get energy and helps with what else you need but remember you do need some calories so dont burn to much how much more than 300 depends on how much your taking in but yet again it will vary person to person lift do not do consecutive lifts every day because that doesnt help and dont push yourself too too hard or you could get a hernia and do a cadio for around at least 20 min and drink lots of water eat good and keep going
