For me, these tasted far to healthy! For health nuts, these are probably great. They are slightly sweet. They are not individually packaged, so if you don’t eat them at a decent rate or rewrap them, they get a bit hard. I bought 2 boxes and maybe because I don’t hang out with the healthiest folks, I couldn’t even give them away.

These taste great! I have been happy to have them through the winter when berries weren’t in season, I felt like I was eating a bit of spring & summer. I have been keeping a box in my car so they are readily available during my commute.

As a newly diagnosed pre-diabetic I have been looking for products that taste good and don’t affect my sugar levels adversely. This product seems to be doing the trick. I can tolerate the taste but wish it tasted a little more sweet. I know this is diffult for a diabetic diet but just thought I’d mention it.

My doctor has me monitoring my blood sugar level, so when I saw this was supposed to have a low impact on blood sugars, I thought I’d try them. To my surprise, I enjoyed them and they worked as advertised! I hope everyone else who enjoys them has the same guilt-free experience. The Very Berry bars are my favorite, followed by the chocolate. These are great fresh granola bars.
