How could these be for diabetics? They have sugar in them! “Sugar” is listed in the ingredients.

    And they taste bad!

Maybe it was just me, but to me, these had the most horrible taste. There was a bitter smell to them also. Needless to say, they only made it to the circular file. There wasn’t a thing in them to remind me of brownies. The bars completely crumbled into tiny pieces. The flavor was extremely off putting, there was something in there that just didn’t belong. I was very disappointed because I love a good granola bar. I think they should be chewy and flavorful, and these didn’t even come close. ‘Course this is just my opinion.

I bought these in a effort to give my family and I something healthier to snack on, and have a quick breakfast if need be. I have to say, these are the WORST granola bars I’ve ever had. They are very small, dry, and probably would make great hockey pucks. Save your money and check out 18 Rabbits instead.

I have been a type 2 diabetic for many years and never before have I been able to find a snack that I truly enjoy. This is a great first for me. All the ingredients keep my blood sugars at an even mark too.

Recently I was on vacation in Arizona and found them in a Whole Food store there. What a great find. Since I don’t live near a Whole Foods store I am delighted that I can order them from Amazon. I’ve tried the other flavors as well and find that this is a wonderful assorted flavorful taste treat.

I was pleased to find a real chocolate taste in these granola bars. They make a great snack, either mid-afternoon or at bed time.
