I an hypoglycemic and am looking for some tasty high-protein, low-glycemic snacks to munch on at work that do not contain peanuts, soy, wheat or gluten. I already do almond butter with celery sticks and cottage cheese, but need more variety. Any other suggestions??? (Also, no fruit or refined sugars in response, please.)
