The foundation of your meals should be protein-based!

    he is ripped but it doesnt look that way cuz he probably lost a lot of weight and that made his chest look so lose skinned. i hate lose skin !! but eventually it shud tighten up

    Good info…I think u know what yur talking about….I’ve actually applied this to my diet and it worked….most people give up on the diet because their not seeing results soon enough, but I totally agree that being consistant is key…
