try the darker lettuces
also try to get some fruit
7:18 am on June 1st, 2010

really healthy, try to incorporate some fruit juice and proten snack like almonds.
maybe cut the chicken in half, did you know for a healthy diet, meats should be the size of your palm?
8:08 am on June 1st, 2010
ya that’s totally healthy but if you wonna cleanse out your system you have to go to this doctor called irovethic doctor…i think. My sister did it and know she thinks that all the good fattening food is bad.

9:33 am on June 1st, 2010
To me sounds good…but r u really gonna do that for a long time every day?
10:06 am on June 1st, 2010
It sounds good to me. Im guessing that you will probably feel hungry after each meal, I suggest you have a glass of water or squeezed orange juice with each meal to feel full
You could also add fruit to your yoghurt and keep fruit around for snacks.
That and exercise will be a great way to lose weight and will make you feel much better physically and mentally.
I wish you luck! =)

I would add in some different kinds of lettuce in your salad to get different kinds of nutrients-iceberg isn’t the best. Also I would add some fruit maybe at snack time instead of granola bar or in addition to breakfast. Also a good way to tell if its a good meal plan is to total up the calories.

Think about adding a fruit to your breakfast.
Lunch-switch to Romaine lettuce, add a protein source-like fish or chicken.

It sounds like the kind of meal plan you should give to people in prisons. It is not in any way healthy to count your vegetable individually. life is for living, not for losing weight, be happy with yourself the way you are. Beauty is in the sole, not the skinnyness.

yes, except the snack part, snacking is what usually makes people fat but if u have only 1 a day that is ok but there is something wrong with ur snack part because to consider something as a snack it has 2 be 100 calories or less, urs would technacally be a meal a small meal but a meal so u should just have the granola bar or 100 calorie pack or something else like that or 20 sticks of or orbit gum

You didn’t say how much you want/need to loose.
and I don’t know how active you are
but
I’d say you’ve cut back a little too much.
When you do that, your body will slow down it’s metabolism.
It thinks it is saving you.
I’d like to see you add some fruit. Good for digestion, most has fiber and not too high in calories.
and I think you could add some meat to your salad or maybe an extra yogurt.
I’m just worried if you go overboard, you will defeat yourself unless you are just wanting to loose 5 pounds and you’ll be done with it.

Lunch has almost no calories in it. You really need to have some protein throughout the day to help you feel full.
You don’t have enough dairy products in there, either. No fruits. No carbohydrates.
In other words, this isn’t a nutritionally balanced diet. You might lose weight on it for the first 2 or 3 weeks, but then you’ll stop losing weight simply because your body will think it’s in starvation mode. And remember, when you cut your protein intake this drastically, those first pounds you lose are all water weight. When you go back to eating normal amounts of protein, your body will start retaining water again.
There are several really good, balanced diets that you can follow. Your family doctor can give you a diet based on the American Diabetes Association Exchange Lists for Meal Planning. You get daily totals in meats, breads, vegetables, milk, fats, fruits. Which specific foods you select and how you arrange them through your day are all up to you. And your doctor has these ADA diets in 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1800, and 2000 calorie per day variations.
I’ve done the Scarsdale Diet, the 1000 calorie per day diet, the grapefruit diet, the ADA Exchange diet. The one that works best, gives me the most balanced nutrition and the most flexibility in my choices, and that lets me eat with the rest of my family, is Weight Watchers.
