I take chromium to help stabilize my blood sugar….has anyone tried Hoodia or other natural appetite suppressants/herbs? How did they work/any side effects? I eat low carb/low-glycemic index food…Thanks!!

    Exercising! Honestly it makes you not hungry at all. And water makes you think your stomach is full. Otherwise eat filling foods, like peanut butter or something.

    A glass of cranberry juice does the job nicely for me.

    Try green tea and just eat healthy snacks after breakfast,lunch and dinner so that you don’t crave on junk food or eat big meal plates..

    buttermilk and cuecomber smoothie with fresh pepperment leafs.

    also a small bag of dry oats and banana chips might help.

    but what ive found most helpfull is drinking whole milk between meals.
    the fat in it is just enugh to curb your hunger . an in time you’ll find yourself snacking much lesser.

    most people are scared of the fat in whole milk.
    but it is actually a better for you. plus its not much in terms of cutting back compared to the ‘guilt foods’ we wind up eating in its place.
