    Oatmeal, pasta and beans may be lowish glycemic but they are carbo busters and kick butt with their glucose raising powers. And they pack fat on butts and tummies.

    Beef, tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, avocados, pork, lamb, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, beef, eggs, chile, cheese, and of course chocolate!!!

    Basmati rice
    Bran Flakes
    Whole Wheat Pittas
    All vegetables
    Chickpeas
    Black eye peas
