If I were to do Pull-ups,Push-ups,Sit-ups, body squats, dumbbell curls and tricep extensions every other day while running 5 days a week would I be able to get lean doing that. Assuming I am eating the right way which I always do. Low glycemic carbs healthy proteins and good fats spaced out 5 meals a day. I am about 5 feet 9 165lbs and around 18% body fat, 24yo,played sports my whole life but I sort of let go the past coulple years. How much do you think I could lower that and around how long. I know everyone wants to know how long and their is no perfect answer but just a guesstimate. Thanks for your time.

try looking at http://www.sparkpeople.com They have a fitness tracker that might have some exercises and nutrition ideas that could help you. They also have a place where you put in your current weight and the weight you want to be and they calculate how long it will take to get there.
